When Can I Get Vaccinated?
Find out which phase of the vaccination campaign you fall in.
While the vaccine supply is limited, COVID-19 vaccine will be offered in phases. People who are more likely to have severe COVID-19 illness and workers that are essential to the functioning of society will be offered the vaccine in the earlier phases.
Please list your race/ethnicity when you sign up for your vaccine and on the day of your appointment. We ask because this helps to ensure fair and equitable vaccine access and distribution to all Virginians.
Phase 1a: Healthcare Personnel and Residents of Long Term Care Facilities
You are eligible for Phase 1a of Virginia's COVID-19 Vaccination Campaign. Pre-register for the COVID-19 vaccine at vaccinate.virginia.gov or call 1-877-VAX-IN-VA (1-877-829-4682) to speak to someone who can help you pre-register and answer your questions about the registration process.
Are you currently living in a correctional facility, homeless shelter or migrant labor camp?
Phase 1b: Frontline Essential Workers, Persons Aged 65 years and Older, People aged 16-64 with a High Risk Medical Condition or Disability that Increases Their Risk of Severe Illness from COVID-19, and People Living in Correctional Facilities, Homeless Shelters and Migrant Labor Camps

A COVID-19 vaccine has not yet been approved for people younger than 16 years old.
Phase 1c: Other Essential Workers

Your Results
Based on your responses, you can get the COVID-19 vaccine in a future phase when it is offered to all people your age.
